Genuine Humanity
We humans have a deep and awesome need to become more human, to become fully human. It is not possible to become fully human under the pressure to become more human. Grace is the foundation of all genuine humanity.

Jonathan – Thanks for the compliment. Regarding the rightness of what I wrote, I think that what I am expressing here is in some manner connected to Paul’s words about how the purpose of the Law is to lead us to Christ. The Law cannot bring the change we desperately need, it can only heighten our awareness of how deep is our need. Christ is the grace that is the foundation of genuine humanity.
